The only payment term that aligns with my billing structure (no matter the
scale or project) is paying as soon as the initial conversation (aka consultation) starts.
Non-refundable deposits are required for all services, a mandatory $1,500 fee, and that contributes to the full price quoted afterwards.

decide to collaborate, the remainder of the service balance is due immediately.

★ What’s your process for aligning on creative direction early?

Once you describe to me (in
your own words) the desires you have for your visuals, the purpose it serves, the people it’s for, the songs that embody the vibe/voice – I research, invest and design a preview presentation of the direction it can take visually.
This includes previews of sketched or vectorized logo variations, brand color options, photography style options — the same approach that’s taken
when I conceptualize my iconic faux brand concepts, custom to your needs.
Once you describe to me (in

My standards are high regardless of the scope and project, I do not do “basic” or low-quality, even for the smallest of tasks.
Everything I put my name on is designed at a high-level, because beyond satisfying my Bratt’s/clients, I take my reputation and what’s attached to it seriously beyond comprehension. I am not a local Canva pro user. I am a professional graphic designer, with real experience creating merch seen in real life and not just on mockups, and branding businesses from the ground up.
Don’t fret about the basics, trust that I understand everything from when to design in RGB or CMYK, down to how to use grid systems and size assets for merch printing. Every project differs from the other, but I pinky promise (in legally binding contracts) everything created is made with structure and the bratty quality that brought you here.

From the time your deposit is sent, I’m spending valuable time conceptualizing visuals for your project.
From time invested to money spent on assets just for examples, nothing can be given back to me. The knowledge and creative direction (never to be shared with other designers, online, etc) also doesn't leave your mind or inbox, so under no circumstances are refunds provided.
